Lyocell or "Tencel™" is a viscose fiber that is obtained from eucalyptus cellulose in an environmentally friendly way.
The wood for this comes from FSC-certified, sustainable forestry.

The fiber has a very silk-like feel and the fabric is very breathable and therefore wicks moisture well to the outside. The material is also relatively crease-resistant and stable, so it can be machine washed easily.
