- Laces made from 100% recycled polyester
- Inner lining made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. Designed to achieve better resistance to friction and offer maximum comfort and flexibility thanks to the mesh structure
- Insole made from sugar cane (42%), Amazon rubber (11%), organic cotton (12%) & recycled ethylene vinyl acetate (11%)
- robust outsole (vulcanized) made from Amazon rubber (40%), mineral silica (23%), recycled rubber (10%) and synthetic rubber (11%)

The suede is made from the underside of cowhide that has been brushed to make it softer and more flexible. It comes from farms in the south of Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul). It is tanned in Brazil without the use of dangerous or banned chemicals. VEJA uses conventional dyes that comply with regulations. Special attention is paid to water consumption during the tanning process. The suede is also coated with water-repellent oils without PFC (chemical compounds) to protect the sneakers from light rain.
