Your right of withdrawal is not limited by the following informations.

If you do not like one or more of the ordered products, you can send them back within 14 days.
In order to frank your parcel, you can download and print a label from the following link:
www.dhl.de/retoure/gw/rpcustomerweb

If you do not ship the package from Germany, then you can buy a parcel stamp from your local mail order company (e.g. the post office).

Postage costs for returns

If you create the return label with the link above, then we will cover the cost of the return postage.

Returning from abroad: If you do not send the package from Germany, then we can only refund the postage up to an amount of 5,90 €.

However, please do not send the parcel unfree since we otherwise have to pay 15 € special fee to DHL.

Postage costs for a replacement

If only the size or colour does not suite you, we can send you a replacement.
We will pay the postage for sending the second parcel to you.
